In addition to serving as both the plan provider and trustee, our role extends to holding annual meetings with company owners and managers to review the plan and evaluate the investment offerings. During these meetings, we discuss the details of the plan, address any questions or concerns, and assess how well the investment options align with the company’s goals and needs.

Along with these discussions, we also arrange meetings with employers to explain the intricacies of the plan and the available investment offerings. Our aim is to ensure that all participants have a clear understanding of the plan’s benefits and encourage active engagement and participation.

Depending on the size and complexity of the plan, it may be necessary to involve a third-party administrator. This additional involvement ensures that all administrative aspects of the plan are managed effectively, supporting seamless operation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
