I have lost my ATM or debit card or it has been stolen. What should I do?
During business hours call 217-351-2870 to report the situation. We will secure your accounts and issue you a new card. To report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card after regular business hours, please call 1-888-297-3416.
I have lost my Visa Credit card or it has been stolen. What should I do?
To report a lost or stolen Visa credit card, please call 1-800-883-0131.
How can I reach the Debit Card Fraud Department?

When someone illegally obtains your personal information, such as your Social Security number, credit card number, bank account number or other identification and uses it to open accounts or initiate transactions in your name, they have committed identity theft. If this happens to you,
