In addition to being plan provider and trustee, we meet with company owners/managers annually to discuss the plan and the investment offerings. We then meet with employers to explain the plan, the investment offerings, and encourage them to participate. Depending upon the size and complexity of the plan a third party administrator may also need to be involved.
