Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Employees of BankChampaign as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, or employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by BankChampaign 2101 South Neil St, Champaign, IL 61820 (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of the Giveaway.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion.

Agreement to Rules

By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by the BankChampaign’s Official Rules and decisions. BankChampaign reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. All participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.

How to Enter

You do not need to be a customer of the bank to enter the Giveaway. To enter the Giveaway, sign into your Facebook account, go to the bank’s Facebook page, and follow actions required on our Giveaway post by the close of the Entry Period. Entry submissions will begin January 6, 2023 and will end on January 20, 2023 on Facebook (“Entry Period”). You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of BankChampaign.

Prizes

The prize for this Giveaway is two (2) Illini basketball tickets valued at $75.00 each ($150.00 USD total). These are physical tickets and the selected winner is required to pick them up from BankChampaign at 2101 South Neil Street, Champaign, IL by 4:00 pm January 27, 2023. This item is not returnable or redeemable for cash. If this item is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be replaced. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner.

Selection and Notification of the Winner

One participant will be randomly selected by January 24, 2023 and will be contacted by Private Message through Facebook to make arrangements to pick up the prize. BankChampaign is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notice.

Conditions of Entry

By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and images/likeness for advertising and promotion purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Terms & Conditions

If for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor the contest is unable to be held, or any cause affecting the sweepstake’s operability, fairness, integrity, or accuracy, sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Any participation in this giveaway constitutes agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (BankChampaign) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, agents and representatives, against all losses, claims, liabilities, illnesses, injuries, death, damages, and judgments that occur directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

Dispute Resolution

All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding on all entrants and the winner. In the event of any dispute, all entrants and the winner consent to the application of Illinois law (without regard to principles of conflicts of law) and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Champaign county, Illinois.
